HikaShop lets you do everything you need in eCommerce. Flexible, powerful and well thought out. A real pro tool, even for complex stores.
Ease of use
It’s easy if you know Joomla. A bit of coding helps for advanced setups, but you’re never left alone, Nicolas is always there to help.
Support
Support is simply outstanding. Nicolas has been helping users for years, always kind, always quick, always competent. Truly unique.
Documentation
Detailed, clear and constantly updated. But even better is the human support behind it. One of the best support experiences I’ve had.
I used this to: Managing an artisanal eCommerce offering handcrafted soaps and care products for pets and humans. Many custom needs, HikaShop handles them all. Nicolas is a model developer: dedicated, helpful, and always improving the extension. Truly admirable work over the years.

Truly modular and customizable to suit your needs.
The options and modes of use I would say are all comprehensive.
Ease of use
use is simple and straightforward.
Of course this changes according to one's needs, but just ask for help from support if you need it.
Support
Great!!!
Quick and resolving as I had never experienced with other extensions. a real value add!
Documentation
All the documentation (component, modules, third-party extensions, etc.) seemed really well done and up-to-date to me.
I used this to: I made for my clients a multilingual e-commerce of “digital products ”... with several “out of the ordinary” customizations.

Functionality
This is a Joomla! extension for eCommerce. Available in a free version, and two commercial levels, we opted for a commercial level.
Ease of use
Installation is straightforward - e.g. the usual usual process of installation as for any extension.
Support
They're in France, so EST +6hrs. Means help requests after 11AM (5PM for them) are answered the next day because it's arriving after hours.
Documentation
Very complete - but - when I've asked for help, they're prompt. Can't ask for better!
I used this to: Online business selling goods in the USA and around the world - but 95% USA. There are extensions for the usual suspects, e.g. USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc. If you know, you know, so it's important to also note, an extension for ShipStation, plus an extension for QuickBooks.

Excellent component! The main forte of the component is its granularity. You can work with every aspect of the shop process.

It's easy to use, if one understands the basic Joomla principles

Never was there a more terrific support than the one found with HikaShop. The answers are fast, clear and the communication is really good!

beaucoup de documentation en anglais, on joue avec la traduction. Tout cela est compensé par le support technique.

La surcharge des vues est simplifiée car incluse dans le systeme.
De très nombreux moyens de paiements inclus, maque juste la facture PDF native il faut utiliser un plugin.

Functionality
I am using Hikashop Business and I can say that the component is very flexible and can be adjusted according to your eshop needs small or big. It can grow step by step and as your business grows you you can add more and more operations and functionalities. It is a strong tool for your business with a robust professional rich in information Mysql database.
Ease of use
With the help of Hikashop people the component is easy to install and use it.
Support
The support is excelent! The support team of Hikashop has very good and friendly manners, they love what they are doing, and they have a very good IT expertise. They always answer your questions. They play fair without trying to avoid difficult topics.
Documentation
The documentation - it consists of many web pages - is good, informative and well structured. I use it very often If I have questions

Great functionality, for more than one type of shop. Also multiple possibilities for self customizations if needed .
Ease of use
Fairly ease of use. You'll have to have some level of knowledge about HTML and CSS, support is always there for more complex issues.

As I said: support is always there when you need them. With outstanding ideas on how to move on to the next step. I'll definitely recommend
Documentation
There is a lot of documentation to read. Sometimes a bit overwhelming, mostly because of the amount: there is a lot to read!
I used this to: Multiple clients webshops. All new webshop owners are very happy to work with Hikashop. It gives them the possibility to be online and to make some/lots of sales. When my customer is happy, I'm even happier. So, spreading the word of love for Hikashop! ;)
