Functionality
This is sleek and highly modern! Had no issues with the cart and it comes PACKED with features, which we needed. :)
Ease of use
This cart was so simple to use. A few things were a bit cumbersome, but that is on Joomla, not E-Shop. Documentation helped guide you along
Support
I had to put in a few tickets for here and there, but they were always quick to respond. Remember the time difference! They are in Asia.
Documentation
Documentation was very good. Some broken English here and there, but overall it saved me a lot of time!
Value for money
Our site has the potential of being very successful, so a professional look and feel was very important, but so was cost.. GREAT VALUE!!
I used this to: Retail website. We are a start up and needed something quick, easy and affordable. There are some add ons I would suggest - the FedEx add on and the USPS addon. We also opted for one of their templates - which turned out fabulous!

Functionality
E-Shop offer full functionality and is very easy to learn and use. If you have an online store, E-Shop is one of the Best options.
Ease of use
E-Shop is very user friendly. Even if there were no documentation, a person could learn how to use this extension quickly.
Support
E-Shop has the BEST customer service and support. Giang and his team answer questions and resolve issues very quickly.
Documentation
The documentation for E-Shop is great. It takes you step by step and doesn't have all the unnecessary technical jargon.
Value for money
E-Shop is definitely worth the investment. I have used Joomdonation products for a long time and I am remain a loyal customer.

Functionality
Have no issues and if something arises they take care of it. Great team on ppl. Extension works perfect. I really love this product.
Ease of use
The extension is simple but professional, lots of features and i would rate this extension 10000%.

The OS Solution team is the best, they are phenomenal, they helped me customized my store, anything wrong they fixed it immediately.

eShop is highly customizable and easy to use.
Ease of use
eShop is easy to install and configure. I rarely had to look at the documentation to set it up.
Support
I contacted support a number of times (user issues, not system issues) and received very helpful responses.
Documentation
The documentation is easy to follow.
Value for money
eShop is competitively priced and a great value for what you get. Others charge more for less. I have used this shop on a few websites now.

It was thought of everything and every possibility is easy to implement
Ease of use
Intuitive management through the configuration. Data can be easily edited in Excel and then imported into the shop again
Support
Each request is processed within a few hours. Every wish or change was implemented very quickly as desired
Documentation
The documentation is written in a comprehensive and comprehensible manner. Online available and very structured
Value for money
I would at any time weider this shop use, after which I previously also already used other systems. This is by far the best

Functionality
Tried several Ecommerce but EShop + ImportPro offered all I needed for my quite complex online store.
Ease of use
Very easy to use with a straightforward GUI with all the relevant options and configuration choice you need..
Support
Probably the most pleasing aspect of EShop fo rme has been the support. Not only resolving my problems but also customisation support. Tks!
Documentation
Documentation on the whole is very good. A couple of pages need updating though as new features are bought online.
Value for money
Excellent.

Functionality
I tried a number of E-Commerce options for my business before settling on EShop for it's ease of use and functionality.
Ease of use
Very easy to use and importantly for me, has extension for mass import of products with ease and quickly compared to some others I tried.
Support
Great support from Giang when I had a problem. He also did some customisation work on my EShop install for a very reasonable fee. Thanks!
Documentation
Documentation is good, but needs to be updated. Eshop had some extra functionality but it took me a while to find it as not covered in docs
Value for money
Excellent value for money.

Functionality
It has all you need to create a complete and flexible online shop. Simple and very powerful.
Ease of use
Lightyears ahead of other cart extensions I've tried. After 2 hours our store was all set, with 23000 items perfectly up (with import-pro)

All but 1 thing worked perfectly out of the box and all it required was a quick ticket and the 1 thing was fixed by that afternoon :)

Very intuitive - I didn't need to read the documentation very much at all!
