Functionality
Extensive functionality - far more than I need at present but it's great to have the capability there to grow into.
Ease of use
Simple and intuitive interfaces both front-end and back-end. Looks great without any further CSS required. Checkout process is really smooth
Support
Absolutely first class. I had several issues specific to my site when I first installed but support was swift and effective.
Documentation
Documentation is comprehensive.
Value for money
Great value including the payment plugin that I purchased to use with eShop.
I used this to: Running an online shop for a regionally major sporting event. Now that it's up we will be able to expand our merchandise offerings and use it to help support the event.

Functionality
I just installed the program, but looks to have all the same features as Virtuemart. Love the checkout process
Ease of use
My issue with other carts is the check out page. The checkout process is perfect.

Functionality
The functionality of EShop is seamless and self explanatory. I was able to have my site up and running in less than one day.
Ease of use
The ease of maneuvering and configuring EShop makes this extension worth purchasing. A non-computer user savvy will be able to use EShop.
Support
Wow! Support is awesome, very professional, helpful and ALWAYS there to assist wholeheartedly as if it's their store they are managing.
Documentation
The documentation is very detailed and describes all that need to be preformed for successful install.
Value for money
Very valuable. An great online store management solution at a reasonable cost.

Functionality
After test driving a few other Joomla shopping components we came across eShop by OS Solutions. The it had all the functionality we needed.
Ease of use
The problem we had with previous components was that the configuration of your catalog was so complex. eShop is very easy to use.
Support
The after sales service was a surprise. We had 1 problem due to misconfiguration and another which meant template changes and they helped us

They support was within 24 for hours and very friendly and quick.
Value for money
We consider the item priced very well, affordable and value for money.
