Good functionality. Even better is the ability to customise to your needs.
Ease of use
Intuitive, especially for seasoned Joomla users.
Support
Outstanding. The support is very quick, and we were able to work with the developers to customise Eshop to our particular needs. A+!
Documentation
Gives a good overview of how Eshop works.
Value for money

Functionality
Functionality is fantastic. You would easily pay twice as much elsewhere and get a lot less. It's a complete package.
Ease of use
I've worked with Virtuemart, but this is superior in so many ways in regards to functionality and flexibility.
Support
Where do I begin. Not only were tickets responded to within 24 hours, but the team helped me customize my template to suit my needs.
Documentation
Although I didn't need it (because ease of use), the documentation is very thorough and well organized.
Value for money
Hands down the best bang for your buck. The support is the biggest plus factor.

Functionality
Functionality of the extension is very useful, even if not utilizing the eCommerce portions, we're just using it as a product catalog.
Ease of use
Very easy to use and setup. Was even able to customize my themes to modify the layout a little.
Support
Can't say enough good things about support!! The forum is great and the author is VERY responsive using the support ticket system.
Documentation
I guess it's a good sign when you don't need to reference documentation for a plugin right? Not much to say here.
Value for money
Great value! You get a lot of bang for your buck!
I used this to: An online product catalog with product description, specs, file downloads and other information. Worked great even though we didn't utilize any of the eCommerce functionality.

Functionality
Excellent functionality, without being 'too complicated', like many other shoppiing carts. And the single-page checkout is SO much better.
Ease of use
Very easy to use. That's one of the reason why I like it so much.
Support
Fantastic! And customization is very reasonably priced (and they're quick). Much better than most other companies.
Documentation
Documentation is a bit on the 'short' side. But, it's much better than most. With the great support, questions are easily answered.
Value for money
Excellent. I'm 'tickled pink' with it.
I used this to: I've added a shopping cart to my main website, where the shopping cart is not the 'primary' portion of the website. It looks great. I've got another website that is primarily a shopping cart and it looks great, too. Yes, I've purchased two 'licenses' from them for eShop.

Functionality
The system is well thought through and is scalable for small to large online business, which i love as my business grows
Ease of use
eshop is an easy to use joomla component that is noteworthy as it is expandable with multiple add ons, plug ins etc.. to suit your business.
Support
the team is always willing to assist me, wether i say please fix this! here is your back end login or please explain how i fix it myself
Documentation
documentation is sufficient for basic functions but requires further work to assist users with other functionality of the platform
Value for money
great value for money and i would recommend it for small to large business
I used this to: I use eshop plug for 2 of my websites so have been using since version 3.7.1 until 2.0.1, as my business grows i will soon be adding events booking plug in as the platform to handle my event bookings.
