After evaluation several shop solutions we bought Eshop, because it covers a very broad range of awesome functionality.
Ease of use
It is a professional shop solution with a lots of functions. It is easy to use but it needs some time to get familiar with all settings
Support
Support is outstanding. Giang and his team are doing a great job
Documentation
Excellent, online available and alway up to date
Value for money
Very difficult to find something better

Many great features that are essential in having a successful online shop
Ease of use
Very user friendly even to those that have zero knowledge in opening their own online shop.
Support
Very friendly and patient staff. You can always rely on their help within 24 hours. Highly recommended hard working people!

Easy to follow to documentations and if you still have any problem the staff are always ready to help

Works great! Really impressed with how everything works.

Very easy to use and has great documentation.
Support
Support has been fantastic. They respond immediately when they are open. Only small problem is that they are on a different time zone.
Documentation
Documentation is well laid out and easy to find answers.
Value for money
Definitely a great value. Comes with several useful plugins and more.

Functionality
Works EXACTLY as described. In my opinion, it over delivers on so many levels. Tried other components, but they all fell short!
Ease of use
Simple... but there are file size limits on digital uploads & some mime types have to be added mannually (kindle, mobi, etc.).
Support
Support is great. You won't have any problems here.
Documentation
Good. Notes needed on file size upload limits, need more notes about mime types and detailed explanations on setting up shipping.
Value for money
GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY! Pay it... it's worth it... not only for the software but the support....

Has been everything I needed functionality wise that previous applications I've used were lacking.

Pretty self explanatory. Had hardly any trouble.

10/10 support. Some parts of the program that I've had trouble with, the support team has resolved in a timely manner.
