Introduction

Multi Categorization

Allows you to publish Joomla! articles into multiple categories. Works for backend&frontend!
Full integration for article URL routing, breadcrums, blogs, page navigation, etc. + Preview Button in Article edit page!

FEATURES:
- SMART CHOSEN layout - drag and drop sorting functionality for selected category order in this layout.
- Long awaited drag and drop ORDERING FOR MULTIPLE CATEGORIES!
- Drag and drop sorting category order for article in article detail form
- ACL included - visible only categories acording to user rights
- AJAX & jQuery powered
- No problems with SEF
- Breadcrumbs - showing correct path depending on in which category is the article viewed from (as it can be published in more categories)
- Possibility to enable creating Canonical URLs for articles in multiple categories - for avoiding having duplicate content!

MULTICATEGORY BLOG - possibility to make a menu item of MultiCategory Blog - articles from multiple category selection. Possible to set if articles have to belong to ALL selected categories or at least ONE of them. Not available under J4 currently.

As a bonus, you will recieve an Article Preview button functionality in toolbar of Article edit form view!

Functionality

This components fixes a huge miss in core functionality.

Ease of use

Extremely easy to use with a simple yet elegant interface.

Support

I had a problem with an update and Pavel was just there: response was delivered in minutes , as well as the solution of course.

Documentation

Good even if not really needed since the component is so easy to use.

Value for money

Simply great value.

Functionality

Really easy to install. And to use in the articles.

Ease of use

Really easy to use in the article. Only, I can't get to show all categories in front-end yet. I need to investigate in this.

Support

Support is very fast and very friendly.

Documentation

Documentation is good. I just need to figure out with the documentation how to show all categories in front-end.

Yes, very much value for money!

I used this to: I use this for Joomla 3.3. I want to assign articles to more than 1 category and I need a good system for that. Thanks for inventing this. Now..... where is the manual on how to show all categories?

Functionality

We needed a solution to be able to publish article into multiple categories and this extensions makes exactly that possible!

Ease of use

It's very easy to use, you simply create a new article and assign it to the categories you want it published in.

Support

Support is excellent! We had some issue with CW Multicats not working with other extensions and Pavel was very helpful on finding a solution

Everything works exactly as promised. Very well thought out and done. We use joomla! since 5 years now incl. lots of paid extensions and can fully recommend this one.

This extension is WONDERFUL and does exactly what I need - add many categories to a single article. It works perfectly! The developer is terrific - he helped me edit the php file for my template so that all the categories are now shown. For my site, if I could only have one extension, this would be it - I can't live without it! Kudos to the developer!!

I really appreciate the usefulness of the extension but also the fact that the developer has developed many different versions depending on your joomla version installed. A great job, congratulations!

It does what it says on the tin!!!

Required for team member articles - some were in the UK category, some in the International category & some in both.
