With this plugin you can instantly block (or redirect) visitors, who's IP address is in an IP set of known offenders, from snooping around and look for vulnerabilities in your site. The IP Sets are maintained by (commercial) companies and are regularly (some real time) updated to hold the latest offenders. These IP sets can have millions of know offenders!

And you can tap into this massive 'community' maintained resource and block all offending bots / hackers / malware / spammers on your site.

Actively Notify your users of account changes / activity!

New in version 2.2.0 are User Notifications. Notify your users of crucial account activities in case their account got compromised. Notify them of an email or password change, but also when their account is used to login on a new device / from a new location!

new in version 2.4.0: limit the number of consurrent logins with an account > prevent account sharing. And, block or requirest password reset for users that haven't logged in for a configured number of days.

Functionality

Runs out of the box without any problems right after installing it.

Ease of use

Everything is selfexplanatory. But don't forget to read the documentation.

Support

Not needed, as very simple. After installation support was offered with a friendly email without asking for it. Great!

Documentation

Is short and effeictive, and should be read to get most out of the extension.

Value for money

10 $ are a very reasonable price for all the excellent features.

I used this to: For two websites, which were increasingly under attack after another very well known security extension I used removed IP-Blocking. So these two extensions seem to complement each other very well.

I can relax now ;)

Functionality

A site I manage was recently used to test credit cards. I needed something to block geographical areas and know "bad guys"

Ease of use

Installed, set a few parameters and it worked. It was very easy.

Support

I haven't needed any support for this plugin, it simply worked right after it was installed.

Documentation

Everything I needed to know was right in the plugin interface. I did not need any additional documentation.

Value for money

Excellent ! I would have paid more for this actually. I have been looking for something like this for awhile.

I used this to: I used this to add additional security to sites I manage and the tools I generally use do not have this feature.

Functionality

For months now I was fighting spoofmails. More or less without any success.

Ease of use

Probably I thought: "Install. Problem solved." Well, with most software it's not that easy.

Support

But Ruud took a lot of time to help me out. He is very helpful, friendly and fast.

Value for money

I'm over the rainbow now. Money? What money? It costs more or less nothing anyway. You hardly get better value for it.

I used this to: protecting my business website. And I think, that's what it does.

Functionality

One click install, easy plugin settings. My favorite part is how the bad IP lists are updated automatically each day.

Ease of use

I was up and running in 2 minutes. The plugin immediately started blocking malicious traffic from known bad IPs.

OCH have provided my the best support of all Joomla developers I have worked with over the years.
