ochProjects is a Joomla! extension that turns your website into a complete time-tracking and invoicing system. Log your hours and materials, invoice your customers with a few clicks, and let them review, approve and pay online, all in your own Joomla! site, with your data on your own server.

No copying hours into a spreadsheet, no separate billing app, no chasing payments by hand. ochProjects brings time tracking, invoicing and online payments into the Joomla! site you already run, and gives your customers their own place to follow the work and pay for it.

Features of ochProjects:

• Customers and projects: private or business customers, with an hourly rate and currency per project. One Joomla! user can manage several customer profiles.
• Time logs and materials: track hours and material costs per project, with configurable time rounding (global or per project). Predefined catalog items fill your invoice lines quickly.
• Approval workflow: entries are approved before they can be invoiced. Trusted projects can auto-approve.
• Professional invoices: create a draft, review it, then finalize it for a permanent invoice number with your own prefix. Void an invoice when you need to correct it.
• Editable templates: invoice layout and styling are templates you can change, with language fallbacks, shared header and footer parts, and a separate "paid" copy of the PDF.
• EU VAT compliance: VAT numbers are checked against VIES. Reverse charge for EU business customers and "VAT not applicable" for customers outside the EU appear on the invoice automatically.
• Payments and payment status: record bank transfers and partial payments, and see at a glance what is paid, partly paid or open.
• Online payments: add the payment plugins of your choice (see below). Customers pay through a secure payment link or QR code, and the invoice updates when they have paid.
• Customer pages: a dashboard with project totals and recent activity, their own time logs and materials, and their invoices with PDF download.

Payment plugins

Sold separately, so you only pay for what you use:
- PayPal checkout: let customers pay with PayPal, their bank or a card.
- Stripe: let customers pay by card and the other methods enabled on your Stripe account.
- Mollie: let customers pay with Wero (iDeal) and other EU payment methods
