RSMail! is the ideal extension, developed by us at RSJoomla!, for sending customized e-mail campaigns and newsletters. You can organize subscribers into lists, with a unlimited number of columns that can be used during the sending process. Subscribers can be imported from CSV files or from your Joomla! user database table, via a easy-to-use interface. Email templates, spam tests, bounce handling, scheduled sending campaigns, fallow-ups, statistics and link tracking are just some of the built in features of RSMail!. The email content can be automatically imported from third party extensions, such as: Joomla! articles, K2, RSBlog!, RSEvents!Pro, SobiPro, Virtuemart, RSFiles!

Users can subscribe to lists in various ways, directly from a subscribe module, or integrating with 3rd party extensions.

Excellent, extremely versatile extension

Functionality
This extension is extremely versatile and flexible.
Ease of use
It is relatively easy to use.It is amazing that with that many functionality the time needed to learn is quite short.
Support
The support is very good. The forum provides most of the answers and also the multiple instructional videos are a great help.
Documentation
Documentation could be a bit more but then again the forum, videos and special topics provide all the information needed
Value for money
Great value for money
I used this to: As a charity we used this extension together with RSForm Pro and RSEvents to organize an international symposium on the very rare disease Angelman Syndrome and with these three extensions we could handle all the subcriptions, mailings, event specifics, etc. Brilliant solutions!!

Powerful - and *superb* support

Functionality
*Very* flexible and configurable.
Ease of use
There's certainly a learning curve to RSMail - understandable though, considering its flexibility and power.
Support
100% doesn't really give an indication of how far RSJoomla/Andrei were prepared to go to help me - particularly with "bounce" handling.
Documentation
I wish it were a little more detailed - then I wouldn't need to bother Andrei quite so much!
Value for money
Great value - and does the job well.
I used this to: Frequent newsletters/mailouts for multiple lists. Well done, RSJoomla.

The perfect solution to get a mailing list integrated with Joomla! Definately worth the money.



If you use other extensions by RSJoomla! (like RSMembership! or RSForm!Pro) it integrates perfectly with these to get even more functionality.



And last but not least: the support is amazing and answering in less than 24 hours!

I use rsmail and other products from RSJoomla since one year and the support is very fast and effective.

The extension works fine and I can install it easy and fast. After that if I have problems, the support team is very effective. Thank you very much for all your work.

I've been using this extension for one year now. It's never been so easy to make newsletter. I also combine RSMail with RSForm. Like it very much!!!

RSMail! is already the 4th RSJoomla! component that I use and I'm very pleased with it. It works perfectly! Very stable.



Just as pleased I am with the support of RSJoomla! I had some special wishes and problems regarding the combination with RSForm! Pro. My questions were answerred fast and every time with the right solution. I'm a happy customer.
