VirtueMart is a highly configurable and customizable multi-language shopping cart solution for Joomla 3, 4, 5 with a large number of additional extensions.

Functionality
Works well as a good online shop for the most part. The best out of the free shop extensions, but for a bit of money you can get better ones
Ease of use
Mostly simple to get around, but the settings and customisation can be big task. Setting up products is okay though, even for beginners
Support
Good support, can be quite helpful with getting issues fixed and assistance. But they can be rude, a couple of admins treat you like idiots.
Documentation
Not the easiest to understand at times, but it can help. Searching online on forums usually is better and quicker

it's quite easy to use even if looks complicated at the first look

OK. Support of change problems to new major version not sufficient.

Functionality
If you need a Joomla virtual store, be rested that you will get one. A huge one, with lots of options and functionalities. Complete!
Ease of use
Hard to use. Bad translations (if you need them). Some options are buried deep, very deep. Too much info and bad design. But again, it works
Support
They have a good forum.
Documentation
Popular extension, not hard to find help and tutorials. But i didn't found official guides for beginners.
I used this to: Build every Joomla store. Never used another extension.

It's shop so, as shop provides all necessary functionality.

Few things could be done easier but overall happy

Support provided by forum. I got 2 problems however they were already posted by someone else and resolved.

Could be better - however I found an answer on forum.
