Functionality

Works well once it's set up correctly. Easy to export and import. I'd suggest a few dry runs to ensure the data is migrated properly.

Functionality

Got the job done to import 1000 new users after a Joomla migration from Joomla 3 to 4

Ease of use

Worked perfectly after deleting the existing users (in the Joomla 3 database) from the .csv generated to be imported in the new J4 website

Support

Very good. Asked for a support and 1 hour later a remote connection was established and problem solved (keep only new users in the .csv )

Documentation

Could be a little bit more detailed... We faced issues when trying to import all the existing users.

I used this to: Importing the new users registered from the beginning of the migration from Joomla 3 to 4 (took me around 3 weeks to setup everything (Joomla, new theme, upgrade extensions)

The extension is easy to use, it is best to first buy a license so you can install the premium version.

Functionality

Once I had figured what needed to be done, with some help from the support team, the transfer was very smooth.

Ease of use

Once you know what to do the process is very simple. You do need to concentrate carefully though.

Very good. An error occurred and they resolved it very quickly as well as making a change to the extension so the problem didn't happen again

It is good but can be a little confusing if you don't follow carefully.

The functions provided to import and export are simple and straight forward.

Ease of use

There is no confusion in the usage after we know how to use it. The UI is very simple and options are clear.

Support

Support is excellent. They responded to me within minutes and guided me until it worked. I am not if this would be true with more users.

Documentation

This is one part that may need work. Like many open source software and frameworks, this extension also suffers in details for a newbie.

I used this to: We use the product to export user profiles from one site to another and also to sync the profiles with the backup site.
