Great component with an even better developer

Here's how impressed I am with EShop: I'm actually writing this review.

EShop is an amazing full shopping experience component. It comes with everything you need to start selling a product immediately. Integration with PayPal was essential for me and EShop blew everyone out of the water.

But here's the best part: As good as the component is, the developer, Giang, totally rocks. When I had a couple of questions, he didn't act like the pretentious other developers who dismiss the question because they feel their component is already good enough. Giang, addressed my question, made tweaks to the component for everyone and had an update ready in 24 hours. He even Skype texted with me so we could address my site in real time. Who does that any more...that's right, EShop did.

I'm excited about EShop. I've barely been using it a week and it's already one of my favorite components. If all the other developers treated their customers like this, the world would be a different place.

This is a fantastic eCommerce solution for Joomla. It has great features and a lovely interface.

For my project I required a few custom features to be developed. The software developers were very quick to respond to my request and gave me amazing service.

I would recommend this product to anyone looking to set up an online shop with Joomla!

Before I purchased this extension I went to their forum and asked if some custom tabs can be integrated to my EShop on website and I got a reply very shortly with affirmative answer.

And when I purchased I posted another question and got a very fast reply from Giang, who then asked me to come to Skype so we could settle everything faster. He modified almost all visual thing on my website, I had more than 10 modifications to be done and he was done with the work in no time, he was also very helpful with anything else I asked, like shipping method, which he also modifies at this moment for me.

TLDR; Definitely the best shopping card, and the support is just awesome, if I could rate them more than 5 stars, the number would go as high as it could.

By far the best e-commerce solution that I have found for Joomla. It provides many features and options not found in other e-commerce extension. I found it very easy to customize and edit the code for my specific needs.

The absolute best part is the support. There was a feature that I wanted and wasn't able to figure out to to implement myself, so I contacted support and we set up a Skype session. After explaining what I was looking for, they had the feature added and working on my site in less than 10 minutes. It was awesome! Highly recommend this extension over any other (especially J2 store, which I had a terrible experience with).

Purchased the extension, and although it was working fine, there were some alterations that I needed for it to suit my needs properly. The support I received was nothing short of spectacular. The developer was more than happy to assist me in making some changes and I couldn't be happier. Thanks heaps for your help.

I have used a few e-commerce solutions with Joomla in the past, however I have now found one that I have confidence in recommending to others. E-Shop was the most reliable, easy to use and configure component I have tried over the years. Plus the support from the developer is AMAZING. So easy to get hold of and very quick to reply. I must add that the support was not because I could not get it to work properly, it works out of the box, but I wanted a few customised functions which he was very happy to help with and sorted for me within 30 minutes. Incredible product and service, fully recommended!

This is definitely the best store extension, especially for ecommerce novices like me. After spending a frustrating week trying 4 of the other popular cart extensions, I tried Eshop - was amazed at how easy it was to configure and get a store set up and looking great, all straight out of the box. Finally had the hi quality look and features I had been searching for.

Easy and logical set up, tons of quality features and options, didn't have one problem setting up an entire store. Definitely worth trying.

I like eshop because it meets all my needs like responsive, currencies, coupons etc. However, the support is very bad. I have opened a topic about a problem with page titles getting overwritten by eshop but have not received any reply for 5 days till now. So I ended with installing an addition component sh404 to resolve this problem. I would love eshop if the support were better.

First of all, if you are a REAL customer of our EShop extension, then thank you so much for using our EShop. However, I don't know when and where did you open a topic regarding the problem that you had. I always check the email system, support ticket system and forum daily but I can not see any topic like this from you. Maybe you were wrong? Let's see what's other clients say about EShop and our supports!

Also, the problem that you said is not correct. EShop does not overwrite page title of site. Also, EShop has it own SEF processing, it does not have anything related to sh404 component.

Second, I am pretty sure that you are a FAKE customer. If this is the truth, then please don't try to do this again.

I am new to joomla, but thanks to support of eshop I mannaged to succeed with my first shop :). Their support beats 10 times any other support i have ever dealt with. Eshop is much more intuitional then virtuemart, and i haven't met any bugs. 5 stars review fully deserved!!!
