What it does...

Instead of exposing provider credentials or requiring backend access, QCSB lets frontend users work only within the storage locations and actions their Joomla groups and Workspace roles allow. Users can browse folders without full-page reloads, use one or several storage panels, upload and download files, create folders, rename, copy, move, delete, review transfer progress, and retry failed items. Normal work starts immediately, while Pro and higher can preserve unfinished large or slow operations for safe background continuation.

QCSB is designed around safe transfers and recoverable destructive actions. Before delete, overwrite, replace, or destructive move operations, it creates and verifies a protected Recovery Vault copy and blocks the destructive action when protection cannot be established. Max adds Google Drive, OneDrive, My Private Storage, Recovery Vault management, and bulk operations. No QCSB plan imposes artificial file-size, file-count, storage-space, or transfer-volume limits.

Safety First
QC Storage Bridge is designed around exact storage roots, hidden credentials, server-side authorization, and verified transfer outcomes. Frontend users never receive provider passwords, OAuth client secrets, access tokens, refresh tokens, or Joomla administrator access. Local, FTP, SFTP, Google Drive, and OneDrive requests are restricted to the configured connection root, and every visible or direct action is rechecked against the current user, Workspace, connection, permission, and plan.

Before a delete, overwrite, replace, or destructive move, QCSB creates and verifies a private Recovery Vault copy. The destructive operation is blocked when that protection cannot be created. Copy and move operations verify the destination before removing a source, and restore conflicts preserve both items rather than silently overwriting existing content. Transfer, failure, denial, restore, purge, and cleanup results are retained for accountability.

OAuth uses one-time state and PKCE, private connections remain isolated, and SFTP retains host-key trust. QCSB includes no telemetry, malware scanner, automatic sync, public sharing, or full-site backup.
