OTHER RESOURCES

Link with detailed event content
Each event can have a link to a website page, an external url or to open a content modal. the modal displays the basic data of the event and detailed content that can come from an article or joomla module.

Event registration by recurrence
When the event occurs on more than one date, you can use the recurrence by day of the week or specifying dates in the registration.

Add event to external calendars
You can display a button next to each event that allows you to add it to external calendars such as Google Calendar, Yahoo Calendar, Outlook Live, Outlook Office. You can also download an .ics file with event information that can be imported into virtually any type of calendar.

Export all calendar events to ICS
You can display a button next to the calendar that generates a URL with an ICS file containing all the calendar events. With this file, you can display the extension's calendar events in virtually any other external calendar.

Dates to ignore
You can specify dates on which the event should not be displayed. example: an event was registered to be shown on every monday, but it should not be shown on one of these days.

Categories (subtitles)
Define categories to link to events. they help with color identification and serve as a search filter.

Starting day of the week
The calendar can be configured to start the week on a monday or sunday.

Formats for date and time
It is possible to change the format in which the date and/or time of events are displayed on the calendar.

Link in address
When registering an address for the event, it is possible to leave an automatic link to the location on google maps.

Event sharing link
Events that use content modal detailing may have a share button. the link generated by the button will open the website page focusing on the calendar and with the event content modal open.

Link para google meet
Use google calendar integration to provide access links to google meet meetings directly in the calendar.

Events in card format
Cards can be displayed with navigation by month or bringing events closest to the current date. it is also possible to define the number of cards to display per row and per column.

Style customization
There are many more advanced parameters for you to change sizes, fonts, spacing, colors, arrows and much more. you can modify the entire calendar separately for desktop and mobile without needing to touch css files.

Css and javascript overwriting
If it is necessary to add any style or js event that is not included in the advanced parameters, the extension provides an area to place css and javascript codes.

Layout admin em modo dark
The extension is compatible with the dark mode feature that joomla released as of version 5.1.0 for the admin area. dark mode is a screen display format that replaces the default white background with black, reducing the eye strain that comes with prolonged screen time.

Functionality

highly recommended, practical, has everything I needed, i have tried a number of calenders but i think No Boss is the best

easy to use,it all shows itself; the structure of the calendar, the categories, the events..

Very good support, quick response; support took their time and helped me to let it work

Functionality
Very easy to use, allows reoccurring and color coded events, I have looked at many of these and this is the best
Ease of use
I am not great at coding or understanding, and with my weaknesses i still found this easy to install and load my events
Support
Support was quick to respond & explain how things work as I initially misunderstood a function, but found it is easier than I was making it
Documentation
As a result of an injury that left me with memory loss, most documents are hard for me to understand. I had no issues with these documents
Value for money
I need this so bad I would have paid more, I am extremally happy with this at this price.
I used this to: I run a history site and use the calendar for my guest to know what happened today in our history. This calendar will help keep city leaders, mayors, book writers, and movie companies informed of important anniversaries.

Functionality
It worked perfectly from the begging we did not have any functional issues. This is the best product.
Ease of use
It is fairly easy to use. We have tried a number of calenders but we find No Boss one very interesting
Support
The team is responsive. So it easy to work with them. I would recommend No boss products if you are looking for a hassle free events manager

Value for money
We believe they are not expensive. We took time evaluating trials of similar products and find this one cheaper

Functionality
The Events extension works very smoothly with the Google calendars. The presentation is very clear and good.
Ease of use
It is possible to create events and categories by hand, but you don't need to. Leave all agenda stuff in Google, or combine. So easy.
Support
In one word: Excellent. It doesn't matter what the question is, they always help and fix. They even helped me with a database issue.
Documentation
The documentation is sometimes a bit less easy to find, but if you have it everything is written well. And continuously updated.
Value for money
The price is fair, especially for the full package. The discounts makes it a no-brainer: just take a license and be satisfied.
I used this to: Display different agenda's in one view for several kayak associations. With a lot os success. A big advantage is not having to find images for the events. That makes it a lot more versatile and dynamic. (And no-one is searching agenda's and calendars for the stock photo's.)

Functionality
It has multiple layouts and should be enough variation for everyone
Ease of use
Once you understand the way this works it it very easy to use. It's a module and everything is store at the module panel.
Support
24 hour support. Answered my questions and got me on the right path.
Documentation
If anything I think this could be lacking documentation. I couldn't find what I was looking for but support helped me very quick.
Value for money
I can tell a lot of work has gone into this, so it's very good value in my opinion.
I used this to: I use this to show upcoming events in my region for my client. At this stage I am only using it one site but will most likely incorporate on some others because it's a very nice looking module.

Import Google Calendar to your site

Functionality
Main goal is to dynamically feed content of a Google Calendar to the client's site.
Ease of use
Pretty good on the No Boss side. Seems to have a lot of ability to customize display.
Support
Excellent, quick and effective response. Contact securely through the website. They connected to the backend of the system to fix.
Documentation
Very good. Good screen shots and complete descriptions of functionality. Also some knowledgebase articles.
Value for money
Very good compared to higher priced competition which has a drop-dead license term. No Boss uses the conventional GPL.
I used this to: Importing content from a Google calendar to a website. There are several attractive calendar templates that would satisfy most requirements and makes implementation easy.

Functionality
Excellent front end calendar. Intuitive for visitors to use. Options to go to moday or article very useful for different events.
Ease of use
Very easy to set up and add events, evn though its a module and not a component.
Support
Excellent. Developer responded immediately even though they were on holiday and provided a fast solution that was easy to implement.
Documentation
Basic documentation online is OK but this is so easy to learn, not may people will use the docs.
Value for money
Similar pricing to other calendars. Not sure many people will need the features of the more expensive options.
I used this to: A town claendar for events to provide a central point for local organisations to promote their events.

You can set Your own calendar with categories, also synchronise with google calendar

some of the option its difficult to find on the start but later works great
