Personal Layout

Blank Component was made to make it possible for Joomla! Admins to create a menu item page that contains only modules and no component.

Any suggestions are welcomed.

Its an easy way, to your only modules page. You will not have to use any empty article one time again.



Ive noticed that some people had problems with their urls. - for me everything worked well.

Simply leaving the homepage as a featured articles menu-item with 0 articles, giving the menu-item a class and hiding the title with CSS is better imo.

Simple thing everybody needs.

This is something what I've always needed from time to time, and this component delivers without a hassle.

I always hated having empty articles and wondering why they are like that... only to recognize they are placeholders.

Component is simple and gives what it promises!

In joomla 3.2.2, it is still carries over any css styling from your templates #content area which cannot be over-ridden

It works fine, but it doesn't help in Joomla! 3.1. I can choose an empty article as a menu position and it will be the same and I can still see empty space on the website in the place where content is.
