After spending countless amounts of time editing my meta data after each article over the last few years (300+ articles), I just now found SEO Generator. I was a little bit hesitant to switch all my carefully planned keywords out for its robo-words, but went with it. My thoughts:



- If your site is in English, you will have to heavily modify the blacklisted keywords. The developer thankfully included hundreds (or thousands?) of words already, but the English language is very large, and it requires special tuning to your website. Example: My website is about gamers, so the word "game" or "gaming" is in just about every article. I had to blacklist those words. If yours is about biking, you may have to blacklist "bikes" or "ride" or "riding", etc.



- No related content plugins can match the quality of SEO Generator. Unfortunately, as great as SEO Generator is, the related content extensions just don't match up to it. They often match articles which are completely unrelated, which is sad because SEO Generator would really shine in this space... but you should still buy it :)



- Support is incredible. I often dread asking for support, because I could put a lot of effort into compiling all the information to email them, and never get a response. With SEOGen I immediately got a response, and what's more, he offered to help me with an extension that isn't even directly tied to SEOGen! Very friendly, very fast, and extremely helpful.

I couldn't give you an excellent. This took a minute to sort out. Keyword portion worked with some tooling. Had to read your poor directions to get keywords in current articles. Bad report for the description not working. Include English read me with zip please. Email me the German version and I will edit it for you.



Positive note, this was like $15us and 15 minutes to have working. Even without the description in order I'm satisfied and will use it in every web site. This is a Real time saver!!!

Some one should mention that as soon as you pay using Paypal you are immediately redirected to the download page. No registration needed. I love that. Consumer Friendly to the impatient like me.

I have never written any review for all the extensions I have used before. When I realized how Google parse the metatags of my website I was shocked. I have tried many extensions but this is the most efficient and it is idiot-proof. So very user friendly.

What can I say that hasn't already been said before? - installed it on our site, which only went live in late November & is still being "perfected" before we begin marketing process, so no marketing of any type whatsoever has been done yet - however, we are already ranked by Alexa at about 240,000 globally & about 2,300 locally, which is pretty amazing (a programmer assisting us thought when we hit #500,000 within days of launching that something was up!) and we'd had visitors from over 20 countries within the first month!. So I think that, as others have found, for us this plugin is effective & indispensable.



The developer, Matthias, is also terrific & very helpful - last week he even helped me fix a problem on the site which wasn't even due to SEO Generator (...I passed on Matthias's fix to the other company & they are incorporating it in their next release... furthermore he provided his help on a weekend, and without looking at my system either, just from reading the symptoms via my email - boy, is he good or what!!.).



Regarding the reviewer below who is having problems, or anyone else for that matter - It may not be the fault of this plugin - I've had no problems with virtuemart & this plugin coexisting from day one, plus I've also got quite a complex site setup (it's packed to the rafters actually!!! lol - more extensions than you can poke a stick at!) and I've had no problems whatsoever with this product (apart from the recent one which wasn't due to this product anyway) - and when I say complex, I mean complex - forum, download manager, virtuemart, video manager, RSS feeds, e-cards, membership/subscription manager, news portal component ... etc etc etc, plus also using Yootheme template...so I suggest maybe writing the developer an email before writing a review, as he is very helpful & it may not even be his product at fault, or try Googling the symptoms to see if anyone else has got the same problem and can provide an answer/fix (...also, if you have updated anything recently, sometimes the new updated version can be to blame, too).



I highly recommend this plugin & it is definitely is worth the small price it costs & it definitely works! Thanks again Matthias.

Hi... I really liked your product, but it has caused Virtuemart to begin acting funny and not work at all. All I see is a White screen and it has also affected my log in section when user logs in... again white screen. I know there must be a solution to this and again... I really like the program... go figure. Can someone please help... Bill

I purchased this but ran into a problem. The file I downloaded was corrupt and was unable to get another one. I contacted the author and was sent a copy via email but my email server ate that also. Finally, after a number of attempts to get the file to me, Matthias logged into my admin and installed it himself. I think he went above and beyond to help me get this going. The email issue was not his issue, but he took the time and I was impressed.



As for the extension, it was as explained. It is a HUGE timesaver and I wanted to get this going as soon as possible. My new site just went up a couple of days ago was anxious that any bots rolling through it had some metadata.

Great extension! Download, unzip, select plugin according to German or English keywords, install the plugin, enable, and a few clicks later you have saved HOURS of work.
