Functionality
Can’t test it as it doesn’t work, but it has a lot of integrations which might work fine if you’re not using shared hosting.
Ease of use
Can’t test it as it doesn’t work. [filling up space to get to 64 chars]

I used this to: I’ve made a few attempts to get Joomdle to work on our shared hosting setup, but it always fails at the last check. The developer has been fairly helpful, but despite trying all the available options and appealing to the hosting company, it has never completely worked.

Really useful extension to match users from Joomla to Moodle

Functionality
Once set up this extension works seamlessly in the background. I use Membership pro to sell plans and users map to Moodle automatically.
Ease of use
Follow the instructions carefully, step by step in the initial set up phase once set up there is little else to do
Support
The support is great. I have asked several questions and had helpful, patient, detailed responses in a reasonable timeframe
Documentation
There is a wiki which is useful but like most plugins, the forum is often a hugely helpful source of information with answers to questions.

Lässt kaum Punkte offen und selbst wenn sind diese zeitnah vom Support beantwortet.

Functionality
The functionality is awesome, Joomdle can show a lot of data from Moodle without leaving Joomla!
Ease of use
Joomdle is easy to use. After configurating the component, everything is syncronizated and Joomla can show the content of Moodle.
Support
The support is amazing. After some minor problems of connectivity by our server, Antonio bring us all the support to solve it.
Documentation
There is a lot of documentation explaining the installation and how to solve problems. Also a forum to post your questions with a long commu

Functionality
It's complex, because it bridges a sophisticated CMS and LMS! However, once it's correctly set up, it creates a seamless user experience!
Ease of use
Follow all directions carefully, meticulously, and methodically, and when in doubt, re-read documentation and browse their support forum.
Support
Support (Antonio) is amazing! I purchased a year-subscription to have access to integrations (Hikashop, Community Builder, etc.).
Documentation
Documentation is extensive! Some instructions are a little overwhelming, so just take your time and read carefully.
I used this to: I run a website for a small nonprofit/NGO that provides educational services to secondary schools in the state of Wisconsin, USA. Teachers are able to participate in online courses through Moodle, while using the same account to access and purchase other resources.

Functionality
Joomdle goes way beyond single-sign-on; it has masses of functionality for bringing Joomdle and Moodle together into a unified platform.
Ease of use
A little complex for the developer when creating the site, but once set up it makes things really easy for both site admins and end users.
Support
Excellent support. Even difficult questions are answered promptly. Bugs are patched quickly, and they respond well to feature requests too.
Documentation
Developer docs are good but definitely need expanding. Fortunately, the excellent support makes up for any deficiencies here.
I used this to: An online training resource for a large UK governmental organisation.

Functionality
Great extension - once you get it set up it can integrate all kinds of information from Moodle into Joomla.
Ease of use
Not so easy to set up - as noted by others, somewhat complex and detailed to configure.
I used this to: Integration of Moodle into Joomla - including buy in Virtuemart and parent/child functionality.

Be under no illusion that the installation of Moodle and Joomdle will take quite a while, and needs to be followed to the letter, but the result is worth it.

You will end up with the best open source teaching system on the best CMS. I know the developers are working on simplifying this, and there is room for improvement, but it is still an excellent bridge for your courses.

Integrating Moodle and Joomla seamlessly, this extension delivers 100%. I have had no issues creating Moodle/Joomla sites that integrate so well a few clients couldn't believe the Course offerings weren't part of Joomla. The automation of syncing users, groups, login's and a shopping cart for course payment and enrollment (I use HikaShop) has saved me hours of work.

Joomdle has many plugins to integrate with other Joomla 3rd-party extensions as well.

To new users I would suggest looking for a good customizable Moodle Template, as the look and feel of Moodle is within Moodle, it is not going to be able to pick-up your template styles. But that is not the fault of Joomdle. Find a good template you can customize slightly to match your Joomla site and you are well on your way.

I couldn't live without this extension.

registeredOnly plugin restrict access to Joomla site to registered users only. When a guest tries to access any Joomla content, they are redirected to the login page....
