Functionality
Since we only have one product the free version is adequate, everything that's needed for an online sale is provided.
Ease of use
Setting up the back end can be an issue as some of the menus and sections can be difficult to find.
Support
We required a few custom CSS changes not covered in the docs, support was always prompt and polite, helping us to achieve our aim.
Documentation
The documentation is detailed and easy to browse, although an online user forum may provide additional help.
I used this to: We used a template and J2Store to develop our own website/online store on a limited budget, selling wooden building blocks developed by my late dad in 1968. The website is basic yet professional, allowing customers to evaluate before purchasing.

Functionality
Excellent tool for building shopping cart in Joomla environment. Runs out of the box. Everything is very intuitive and self-explanatory.
Ease of use
Easy to install, interface is clear to understand.Very good price for the quality!
Works great, right after download.
Support
Excellent support, responsive and quick. Respond within a day. Really helpful and polite.
I used this to: Business site. Health product shopping cart. I would highly recommend this extension.

Der Shop ist bei Standard-Anforderungen in 30 Minuten Einsatzbereit und passt sich recht gut verschiedenen Templates an.
Ease of use
Die Produkte sind schnell via Joomla Beiträge aufgesetzt und mit dem Shopping Cart verbunden. Die Abwicklung von Bestellungen klappt gut.
Support
Super schneller und zuverlässiger Support, Bugs werden umgehend behoben.
Documentation
Die Dokumentation ist recht ausführlich und auch für Erweiterungen existieren Anleitungen
I used this to: Kleine Shops, Food Delivery, diverse Kunden mit kleinem Budget, die Joomla schon kennen.

Offers a great variety of options in terms of design, payment providers plus lots of addons.
Ease of use
Works quite simple out of the box but offers endless options if you want to build your own thing
Support
Best support I ever met! Fast, on the point and always willing to go the extra mile. Even when we looked for creative/non standard solutions
Documentation
Very detailed, you will find an answer to almost everything. Needs some rework in structure as it is getting a bit cluttered meanwhile.
I used this to: Client stores and even using it for a product configuration tool with some help from support. otherwise would have cost thousands for development

WE are operating 3 different shops for our organization. All 3 could apply out of the box J2 Store with some customizations
Ease of use
After initial understanding very easy and plenty of options available to add on if so needed
Support
Excellent. Due to first implementation some problems understanding the workings, they helped us with patience and guidance. Resolution FAST
Documentation
Well documented in most parts, but for some items too complex. The videos are good but one needs to view more than once, too speedy

Excellent tool for building Joomla shopping carts and offering online payment options.
Ease of use
Easy to use, sometimes a bit of hunting for info is needed, but still easy compared to some of the others available.
Support
Support is excellent, and though can take a few days, once a response is given, it usually provides a solution.
Documentation
I used this to: Building shopping carts for clients with various products or services.

Functionality
Plenty of plugins to add further functionality, some free, some paid for.
Ease of use
Very easy to setup a basic shop for any type of product, takes a little bit more time to develop into a more comprehensive shop.
Support
Excellent support, always get back really quickly. Some requests they've implemented onto our development website and provided notes.
Documentation
Pretty comprehensive, but can take a while to find the information you need. Particularly the videos, you can watch quite a few.
I used this to: I've used this for e-commerce shops products, plus digital downloads and a subscription website.
