Functionality

I got it installed. Upon clicking the component after installing Im greeted with a nice error haulting any further advancement.

Ease of use

not so much, but theres a growing trend of stuff that dont work here on joomla ext. site.

I used this to: nothing. never got it to run. error on component. ( is this longer than 64 chars !!!!!! )

все красиво сделано, активировал как по инструкции после установки, добавил типы файлов

Ease of use

в итоге ничего не работает, не показывает загруженные файлы в статьях, да и еще лимит в один файл....

Functionality

Easy to install, particularly free version.

Ease of use

Extremely easy. Pro version had initial issues but support was great and addressed issues almost immediatley. Highly recommended.

Support

Great support, great customer service. I have looked at other file attachment apps and some are really awful looking on website.

Im really sorry that you are dissappointed, but I kindly ask you, please, to use common sense. You wrote your ticket on Friday. You can find statement on support system that work hours are on Monday-Friday, we do not work on weekends. Now it is Monday, actually the very next working day after you ticket submission and you already are mad that your issue has not been solved? You didnt even wrote what is actually your problem in the ticket so far. I replied to your ticket on support system asking for more informations. Please take a look, specify problem and let's solve it! :)

Functionality

If you need a simple download system for Joomla, you should consider it.

Ease of use

Once installed and activated you can easily attach files from Joomla articles, also by dragging them.

Support

5 stars to Pavel, really concrete in helping.

Documentation

The demo in the component's website shows any feature.

I used this to: Sites with frequen upload needs. It also counts file download, so very useful for site stats.

Functionality

Works mostly as advertised, although it does have some bugs and hickups that make it less reliable than what one would expect.

Ease of use

Pretty intuitive to use, only problem is that it requires several steps to completely add an attachment (three saves for a complete listing)

Support

Non-existent, there is a public support ticket system but few tickets seem to get answered by the developers.Support email is inoperative.

Documentation

Sufficient and detailed instructions for use are included in the installation package. Minimal other resources.
