SWFobject module

Introduction

With this module you can use the syntax of the SWFObject script to insert a Flash object inside a module in Joomla 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 2.5 and 3.x. leaving the HTML code clean and validated.

SWFObject is an easy-to-use and standards-friendly method to embed Flash content, which utilizes one small JavaScript file.
This module includes version 2.2 of SWFobject.
It's compatible with all browsers, so you no longer have to go crazy distinguishing code for each one.

If you want help with the translation into your language just send me the en-GB.mod_swfobject.ini file translated, indicating the language. I'll add it to the next update.

thanks for your review, but it's allowed the number of modules you need per page.

I think you are using the same id at diferent modules, thats the reason of your question. remember each id must be unique per page...

My flash file has a width of 670px and I want that widht, so in Module Parameters I put 670, but it turns out to be 635 or smth. Is it the max width?

What a great app. Saved me a ton of coding time. One small tweak I made.

Added

to the mod_swfobject.xml file. This allows me to add CSS formating to the module.

That's a good idea, I suppose you've added the suffix to the class of the module. if you want to send the xml file modification will add it to the next update.

I had a flash file working in the header in about 5 minutes. Thank you!! Very easy to use. Tip: Hover over parameter names to see instructions for use.

i need to thank you to make it simple to include any flash in joomla , i always had problems to do that ,but now with your nice module it is pretty easy , thanks :)
