The interface is pretty comfortable to use . Even I am using for the it first time but i did not find any problem.

it was just the extension i was looking for auler,es to allow clients to communicate with the commercial team.

very clear module options. perfectly explained functionality in module options. very easy to do module overrides due to nice clear code
Support
deniz provided great support and taught me the nightmarish task of finding dreaded javascript syntax errors
Value for money
just what i was looking for. i have developed a web site to put into contact teachers and clients of private classes.

Ya, most people don't wanna be locked into a website to chat these days - this does what it says it does... links out to Whatsapp, Messenger
Ease of use
Out of the box, it works! I installed it, put in the relevant details and was good to go!
Support
I wrote to the developer and got a quick and easy response... they even updated the extension with my request!
Documentation
Didn't really need that much documentation, was so intuitive and didn't take much figuring out.
Value for money
Saved me hours on trying to work out other options, so well worth the money!
I used this to: I use this for easy chat linking to external services to advertise my website.
