MMS helps Associations, Clubs, Unions, Foundations and even companies to administrate their members on the website. Integrated in the Joomla! ACL, with groups and rights for every function. Members edit their own profile, the administration approves new members. Connecting to Administration software for accountancy, for example to e-Boekhouden.nl and Conscribo.

Maintained continuously, most recent addition is the function to integrate the member portal with Wordpress.

Languages available: English, Espanol, Deutsch, Nederlands, Norsk, French, Polish.

My Member Software is de frontend administratie component voor verenigingen en clubs. Continu verder ontwikkeld en met ongeveer 100 verenigingen die er gebruik van maken is het de ideale software voor de Secretaris. Het neemt veel werk uit handen. Nieuw: de penningmeester zal blij zijn met koppeling naar het online boekhoudpakket Conscribo en e-Boekhouden ! De plugin om die koppeling te maken, staat in de JED onder de naam "My Member Synchronization".

The product is very will documented, even the interfaces with other Extensions like RSEventsPro, RSFormPro, AcYMailing and JDiDEAL.

Functionality

The software makes it possible for a client of mine to completely keep track of their members, deal with contributions etc.

Ease of use

The sotware is pretty easy to use for my client as well as their members. It's almost self explanatory

Support

The creator of the sotware is easy to talk to and get answers from. He goes beyond normal support and keeps rack of new regulation!

Documentation

There is full documentation but my experience is that sometimes its easier to just ask. Especially with new features or new legislation.

Value for money

It certainly is worth the price. Especially with the support and help you get. But the time it saves my client is huge.

I used this to: A clients website that is an organisation for a big sportsclub. Their members are registerd in the sotware and evrything happens online, also the billing and automatic payments.

The user friendly configuration does not allow you to make a lot of errors, it is an intuitive application.

Support

The response time of MMS helpdesk is extremely low compared to other software applications.
To the point answers and a no nonsense attitude.

Documentation

Documentation is complete and clearly understandable, we prefer the personal contact sometimes above written docs.

Value for money

Probably the best feature of the whole software! Very competitive and worth every eurocent.

I used this to: Our First Aid Association uses MMS to collect annual subscription fees and automatic follow up in case of delay.
We keep members informed on the various training course programs and maintain the administration regarding obtained certificates and levels. Newsletter distribution!
