Vik Appointments

Introduction

Vik Appointments is an extension born to build a complete appointments-scheduler system for your Joomla website.
Designed to schedule and organize appointments of any kind, for any kind of service, business that needs to have a real and efficient availability calendar.
Accept reservations online and schedule the appointments for each employee in a smart and efficient way.
Vik Appointments can be built as a portal of single employees (like doctors).

Thanks to the plugin, it is possible to use a private Zoom account to schedule video-conferences and meetings directly from your website.

VikAppointments most important features:

Working Days and Times: define the entire working week of each employee with different shifts on every day

Functionality

Installs and sets up very easy. Just follow the instructions which are straightforward and clear.

Ease of use

Simple for me as an inexperienced Joomla administrator but, more importantly, it's simple for clients to navigate as they book appointments!

Support

Due to a lack of inexperience, I've needed support several times and was given prompt and clear instructions which solved all my problems.

Don't tell Matteo, but I would've paid more.

I used this to: I've used many, many online schedulers over the years, most with monthly subscriptions which cost far more than the one time fee for this extension. Vik Appointments handles everything I need it to with ease, and clients book without complication. I couldn't ask for anything more

Functionality

Take bookings/payments. Allows users to self manage their services, appointments times and prices from the front end. It's very practical.

Ease of use

If you read the documentation first, you should have no worries. There are a lot of configuration options, but I think it is well designed.

Support

I've contacted Matteo a number of times and he has always been quick to respond. He helped to quickly resolve some issues I was having.

Documentation

They have good documentation. If you don't like reading the documentation watch the videos!

Value for money

I've not found any other software that allows users to self manage everything from the front end, so yes this is great value for money.

I used this to: a site that is still under development. The site will allow users to accept payments and bookings online for educational services. One of the most important things for me with Vikappointments is the fact that employees can self manage most of their own setup.
