I used this to: Version free > consentement cookies sur joomla 4. Je voulais un qui permettent le multilingue, avec des liens information et un bouton refuser en plus d'accepter. En plus celui-là permet de mettre l'état OFF sur les options (respect de la législation).

Concerning multilingual support and transactions, it is a focus for me on all extensions including this. Everything is translatable, not only the banners/popups. Everything is translatable in all ways possible. Of course in the Free edition you cannot create individual items and set a language for them (see features list on the site), but every text can be translated by even giving you language constants which you can change as well. I understand that translating everything can take a while, but the given preset texts, especially those related to policies and legal documents are examples that should be customized to your company/site. Keeping a multilingual site is a lot of work indeed.
