Introduction

DLS Cookie Consent Lite gives Joomla 6 sites a provider-specific consent banner with equally styled Reject and Accept buttons and a settings dialog in which visitors choose each optional provider individually. Scripts, iframes and other resources of optional providers stay blocked on the server until consent is given.

The full consent function is included: strict network gate with Content Security Policy, cleanup of provider storage on withdrawal, a button to change or withdraw the choice at any time, plus a JavaScript and PHP consent API for your own code. No external service, no tracking, no licence server; updates arrive through the Joomla updater without a download key. German, Austrian German and English are included.

Design options (colours, corner radius, width, fonts, CSS classes) and server rules per provider (first-party URLs, protected requests, cookie paths) belong to the separate Pro edition. Installing Pro over Lite keeps all settings.
