Functionality
I can't create a new class. Each time I try it says "ID that was submitted does not match the system records." Can't edit the ID.
Ease of use
No documentation, no examples. Interface not intuitive. Explanation how to set up a class would be helpful.
Support
None. Support forum on developer's site is empty with no way to post a question or comment. No tech support contact info.
Documentation
None, no examples. There are a lot of components and options which user has to figure out on his own.
I used this to: I would like to use it for an open source educational website, but so far have not been able to figure out how to do it.

I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty with Babel-U-Courses and were unable to access our support ticket system.
I just restarted this project after 6 years, so there is still lots to do. (especially regarding documentation)
It's unfortunate you had to use the Joomla extensions directory to bring this issue to my attention, but I do appreciate the feedback.
There was a misconfigured ACL setting on our site at gotoextensions.com which was preventing everyone from submitting support tickets.
If you hadn't posted your review, who knows how long it would have been before I noticed the issue. So thank you very much.
