Project Manager Pro is the most simple project manager component for Joomla!

We just started a new era with version 1.1!

Now you can manage projects and budget!
Set a badget to each project and keep costs under control.

Set Milestones and Tasks for each Project.

With v1.1 now you can record activities with thir costs, whether included in general costs or not. In the latter case, set if they are already foreseen in the budget or are extra-budget costs. In the latter case, set if they are already authorized or not.

An unlimited option to display info combined with access level give you full control to show What to Who.

A new Project Financial Report site let you display a financial report of the project, with graph of costs.

v1.1.2 is now available!
The component continues its development and now it is a package containing 2 plugins and 1 site side module, which allows you to list a project's selection. The module is full of option to manage the display data and their style right from backend, so you don't need to write/edit a single line of code.
More to come as it is in heavy development.

Functionality

Has everything a PM needs. No frills but not really anything missing either.

Ease of use

Very easy to use. Simple plug and play for most cases. I had a very different use case and a very complex site, and it worked for me.

Support

Very quick replies and very professional. Mitchie replied short and to the point, exactly the way tha it is needed.

Documentation

Did not really need it but it is there. There is not really any need for documentation, it is so easy.

Value for money

Definitely worth the money. It simplifies your life, especially if you have a small company.

I used this to: I have a very complex intranet with several project managers. I thought that it would not be enough but the component was very good.

Functionality

Some issues - Created Project and Milestone, but couldn't create Tasks linked to milestones - dropdown list didn't populate.

Ease of use

This component is straightforward use nothing difficult to understand

Support

Ticket system didn't functional (couldn't see how to submit ticket) and no obvious email address for contact with developer

Documentation

Brief documentation but the component is intuitive and doesn't need detailed documentation

Value for money

I am not sure - this to be determined once I can get the component working correctly
