It ships as one package, pkg_wendfold. Install it once with the normal Joomla installer. It installs four extensions: the Wendfold component (administrator screens and front-end pages), the User - Wendfold plugin (creates a member profile when a Joomla user account is created), the Task - Wendfold plugin (adds Wendfold task types to Joomla Scheduled Tasks) and the Privacy - Wendfold plugin (adds Wendfold data to Joomla's privacy export and removal requests).

Features
- Members: profiles linked to Joomla user accounts, with member number, membership type, join and renewal dates, emergency contact, photo and notes. Members can edit their own profile on the front end.
- Dues: record yearly payments with amount, date, method and receipt number, and see who has paid.
- Renewal reminders: optional reminder emails before a membership renewal date (by default 60 and 30 days before).
- Events and meetings: dates, times, locations and capacity, with member RSVPs.
- Check-in and attendance: QR code check-in, self check-in, attendance records and attendance trend reports.
- Volunteers: roles and slots for an event, with a sign-up board.
- Trips: overnight trip details, including lodging, booking deadline and each participant's lodging status.
- Officers: an officer roster with roles and terms, and a public officers page.
- Milestones: milestones by rides, miles or years; Wendfold detects and records awards. Miles reports and certificates.
- Ride tools, for groups that ride together: mileage per member, ride groups with Road Captains and sweeps, GPX route maps on event pages, and vehicles on member profiles.
- National Sync (early): update members from your national organization's member export (CSV file), with a preview and a dry run first. An administrator runs it by hand.
- Email to members: send an email to groups of members from the administrator.
- Your own words: rename "Chapter", "Member Number" and "National Organization" to the terms your group uses.
- Privacy requests: supports Joomla's built-in privacy export and removal requests. An export includes the member's Wendfold data; a removal anonymizes it, and is refused while the member is a current officer.
- Automation: Joomla Scheduled Tasks for renewal reminders, day-of event reminders, lapsed-member cleanup and milestone checks.

Requirements: Joomla 6.x, PHP 8.3 or newer, MySQL 8.0.13+ or MariaDB 10.4+. PostgreSQL is not supported.
