Introduction
Site Guard protects your Joomla site: malware quarantine, hash integrity checking, a global IP blacklist, superadmin auditing, automatic database backups, and weekly cleanup—all via Joomla's built-in task scheduler.
Site Guard is a Joomla 6 component that handles daily website protection without manual intervention. When a suspicious file is detected, it automatically quarantines it, checking the site's contents against a predefined hash pattern—this distinguishes genuine changes (for example, after a template update) from unauthorized intervention. A comprehensive IP blacklist is implemented through a blocking module at the .htaccess level and is synchronized in the database, which is convenient if you have multiple sites on the same hosting. Changes to the super administrator list are separately monitored—any new permission assignments are recorded and included in the report. The component creates a database backup once a day and cleans up outdated backups and logs once a week. All checks are run through Joomla's native task scheduler (com_scheduler)—no need to set up a separate cron job on the server. The trapword for hacking attempts (tarpit) is fully configurable in Options—nothing is hardcoded.

Site Guard — компонент для Joomla 6, который берёт на себя ежедневную защиту сайта без ручного вмешательства. При обнаружении подозрительного файла он автоматически помещает его в карантин, сверяя содержимое сайта с заранее построенным эталоном хешей — так отличаются настоящие изменения (например, после обновления шаблона) от постороннего вмешательства. Общий чёрный список IP-адресов работает через модуль блокировки на уровне .htaccess и синхронизируется в базе данных, что удобно, если у вас несколько сайтов на одном хостинге. Отдельно отслеживаются изменения в списке суперадминистраторов — любое новое назначение прав фиксируется и попадает в отчёт. Раз в сутки компонент создаёт резервную копию базы данных и раз в неделю чистит устаревшие бэкапы и логи. Все проверки запускаются через собственный планировщик задач Joomla (com_scheduler) — отдельного cron на сервере настраивать не нужно. Слово-ловушка для попыток взлома (tarpit) полностью настраивается в Options — без ничего зашитого в код.
